Now Hiring - Entry Level Call Center Associate in Norco, CA

**NOTE** This is NOT a remote position, you must be able to work out of our office located in Norco.

Seeking motivated individuals for our Enrollment team, in our call center in Norco. This is an inside office sales position; leads are provided in the form of inbound calls. Sales experience is not a requirement. Training will be provided.

The key to success in this position are: a positive attitude, job focused, 100% effort.

Responsibilities: (developed through our training)

• Perform a needs based analysis of potential client’s financial profile.
• Evaluate their unsecured debts and provide value-based debt relief solution.
• Overcome their objections, answer questions and build the value of the debt relief solution.
• Using our CRM enroll the client into the appropriate program.
• Follow up with enrolled clients during the first critical few weeks of their program.
• Establish rapport and trust throughout the process to engage client for referrals.
• Follow up with all prospects who do not enroll on initial call.
